Why I can't use Linux.

When configuring a new install of the OS, amongst the first things I do is to make it comfortable to use.

On Windows 10 I can set it to scroll one screen per wheel click.

On Windows 10 I can easily reassign mouse buttons, (with a third party utility).

With Kubuntu 22.10 I can't do either.

I can easily get Windows 10 comfortable. With Linux desktop it's still a challenge, even after all these years.
